mindflay = (426 ? 0.45 * dam) * 1.1 * 1.15 * 1.15 * 1.05

650.7 ? 0.687 * dam

frostbolt = (530 ? (0.814 ? 0.10) * dam) * ((1—crit—0.10—0.05) ? (1.5 ? 0.5) * (crit ? 0.10 ? 0.05)) * 1.06

(530 ? 0.914 * dam) * ((0.85—crit) ? 2 * (crit ? 0.15)) * 1.06

0.968 * (dam ? 579.7) * (crit ? 1.15)

Please notice the 0.687 versus the 0.968. That’s the scaling factor.
